Reduce Risk Pro provides AI-generated document analysis for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice. You should consult a licensed attorney or qualified professional before taking any action based on information provided by this service.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Use of this service does not create an attorney-client relationship or any other professional relationship between you and Clear Core Labs.

3. AI-Generated Content

Assessments and letters are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or omissions. Clear Core Labs makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI-generated content.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final. Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, we do not offer refunds once an assessment or letter has been generated. If you experience a technical issue, contact us and we will work to resolve it.

5. Data and Privacy

Documents you upload are processed in real time to generate your assessment and are not stored on our servers. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to process payments (Stripe) and generate AI analysis (Anthropic).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clear Core Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service or reliance on any AI-generated content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this service for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious files, or to attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
